When completed, the Bridgeway Technology
Center properties will comprise over 500,000 s.f. of
Class A office premises in the Northern Suffolk market,
at the intersection of College Drive and Interstate
664, at the foot of the Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel.
This is the western center of the Hampton Roads market
area.
The Bridgeway Technology Center I
& II facilities provide a home in Hampton Roads
for Lockheed Martin, SAIC, General Dynamics, United
States Joint Forces Command, MITRE, BMH Associates,
Anteon, Map Mobile, and Centex Homes.
Bridgeway Technology Center III our
third facility will be located immediately across Harbour
View Boulevard from the Lockheed Martin Global Integration
Center and will provide for lease requirements from
5,000 to 70,000 s.f. with occupancy anticipated by the
first quarter of 2006!
The Bridgeway Technology Centers
IV through VI are available for build to suit interests
from 100,000 to 200,000 square feet.
