Meeting
and Conference Destinations:
Williamsburg
Meeting the Elite
For more than 300 years, Williamsburg has been
a major meeting destination. In the 18th century,
Williamsburg attracted elite leaders from across
Virginia, and today the restored Colonial capital
attracts heads of state and other dignitaries
from around the world.
International visitors have
included Queen Elizabeth, Emperor Hiohito and
Prince Charles.
President Ronald Regan hosted the Summit of Industrialized
Nations in Williamsburg, and The Business Roundtable,
the CEOs of America’s 100 largest corporations,
has met in Williamsburg annually since 1995.
The elite continue to
meet in Williamsburg, enjoying the same level
of service
and attention to detail that keeps the world’s
most demanding customers coming back time and
time again.
And, there’s ample
room in Williamsburg. The conference hotels,
alone,
offer 215,000 square feet of combined meeting
space.
