The Salem Civic Center offers 42,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in seven breakout areas. The 32,000-square-foot arena and annex can seat 7,500 people or handle a banquet for 2,000. The remaining meeting rooms vary in size from 868 square feet to 3,360 square feet.

The Hotel Roanoke is a Doubletree hotel with 332 guest rooms, including 19 suites. Rates range from $94 to $169 per night. The adjacent high-tech conference center provides 63,000 square feet of meeting space in 35 meeting rooms. Its largest meeting room can accommodate a banquet for 1,100 people or a meeting with 1,350 participants in theater-style seating.

The Clarion has more than 11,000 square feet of meeting space divided into 10 rooms. The hotel’s largest meeting room can accommodate 370 people banquet style and 500 people theater style.

The hotel has 154 guest rooms, including one parlor suite, at rates ranging from $59 to $129 per night.

The hotel offers 8,900 square feet of meeting space, with nine meeting rooms able to accommodate up to 800 people theater style or 450 for a banquet. Its 190 guest rooms range in price from $79 to $109.

The hotel recently completed $1.5-million in renovations, which included new guest room furniture, ergonomic desk chairs, mattresses and box springs, marble in the lobby and much more.

The Wyndam Roanoke Airport provides 13,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in 17 rooms, including two ballrooms, four conference rooms, a director’s suite and a conference theater. The largest ballroom can accommodate 600 people banquet style or 800 people theater style.

Of the hotel’s 320 guest rooms, five are suites. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, whirlpool, sauna, tennis and access to golf, hiking and water sports.
