The Salem Civic Center offers
42,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in
seven breakout areas. The 32,000-square-foot arena
and annex can seat 7,500 people or handle a banquet
for 2,000. The remaining meeting rooms vary in
size from 868 square feet to 3,360 square feet.

The Hotel Roanoke is a Doubletree
hotel with 332 guest rooms, including 19 suites.
Rates range from $94 to $169 per night. The adjacent
high-tech conference center provides 63,000 square
feet of meeting space in 35 meeting rooms. Its
largest meeting room can accommodate a banquet
for 1,100 people or a meeting with 1,350 participants
in theater-style seating.

The Wyndam Roanoke Airport provides 13,000 square

two ballrooms, four conference rooms, a director’s
suite and a conference theater. The largest ballroom
can accommodate 600 people banquet style or 800
