Ariake USA Inc., a Torrance, Calif.-based producer
of bouillons and meat flavorings, will invest $18 million
in a 58,000-square-foot expansion of its Harrisonburg
operation, creating 25 jobs. Virginia competed with Arkansas

in Alexandria, plans to invest $115 million to open a
150,000-square-foot data storage center in Harrisonburg,
creating 25 jobs. Virginia competed with Maryland for

Ironworks Consulting, a Richmond-based information
technology-consulting firm, launched Ironworks Compliance
Group to assist clients in meeting regulatory mandates,
such as Sarbanes-Oxley. Sally Cunningham, who
has held management positions at Cadmus Communications,
Genworth Financial and Arthur Anderson LLP, will head

an office in Bucharest, Romania, to serve clients in
