in Chalfont, Pa., opened an office in the Virginia BioTechnology Research
Park in Richmond. ClearPoint offers business services and
staff assistance to firms in the engineering, transportation,
health-care

DynCorp International, a project management
company, moved its executive offices from Irving, Texas,
to Falls Church where a number of its executive functions where already
located. The company will maintain a presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area where

Medical Data Systems, a Florida-based provider
of collection services for hospital billings, will
open an office in Martinsville
and hire about 80 employees. The firm signed a 10-year
lease in the downtown Bank of America building and
