Bethesda, Md. plans to develop an office tower on Tyson Boulevard in The Corporate Office Centre
at Tysons II. The building,
scheduled to be completed in summer 2009, will be 18

Virginia Tech will seek property in Northern
Virginia where it can consolidate its research operations
there. The Virginia Tech Foundation is searching for

General Electric Co. in Salem for $700,000 and plans to establish the St. John Place Commence
Center, an office and warehouse complex on about
13 acres. Wiley is in talks with Salem officials on a lease of the remainder of
