Corporate Office Properties Trust of Columbia, Md., bought six buildings totaling 204,605 square feet in King George County’s Dahlgren Technology Center for $26.3 million. The deal advances the company’s focus on properties near defense and intelligence facilities. (Business Wire)

Noland Properties, a subsidiary of Noland Co., a wholesale supplier of plumbing equipment, bought 4.5 acres in Patrick Henry CommerCenter in Newport News for $445,000. Noland plans to build a new facility away from its traffic-congested headquarters site and provide for a more efficient sales and distribution operation. (Daily Press)

Triumph Real Estate Corp., a Colorado real estate developer, will build a 135,000-square-foot shell building in Suffolk Industrial Park. The company will invest $6 million in the warehouse and distribution center on a 10.5-acre site. (The Virginian-Pilot)
