with operations in Virginia, added a business brokerage
division focused on small-to medium-sized businesses.
The new operation will concentrate on buying and selling
businesses from Hampton Roads to Richmond that would

BondCote Corp. of Pulaski County,
a manufacturer of laminated industrial fabrics, will
invest $2.7 million to expand its operations in the
town of Pulaski and hire 27 workers. Virginia competed
with Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and West

headquartered in Portsmouth, established its first presence
in Norfolk by leasing part of the former BB&T building
on East Main Street. William Foster will head TowneBank’s

services, plans to invest $100,000 in an expansion of
