a Bethesda, Md. real estate firm, bought an industrial
property
in Chesapeake’s Cavalier Industrial Park. The
one-story, 300,000-square-foot building is 94 percent
leased to eight tenants. The property also includes

Conference Center will
open in Waynesboro by next March near Interstate 64.
The four-story building will house 80 guest rooms,
25 luxury suites and feature 6,000 square feet of meeting
