company, increased its coverage area for customers
in Portsmouth and Chesapeake by adding two switching
stations in the region, giving Cavalier access to 45,000

specialty packaging based in Mumbai, India, will expand
its Danville manufacturing facility to supply laminated
tubes and caps to cosmetic product companies. The $15

in Norfolk, announced an expansion of its West Coast
franchising operations. With six franchises in Los
Angeles the company plans to open five more in coming

22 in Phoenix and Tempe and an undisclosed number in

Koyo Steering Systems of USA Inc., an automotive
products manufacturing subsidiary of Koyo Seiko of
Osaka, Japan, will invest $36 million in its Botetourt
County facility, creating 96 jobs. Virginia competed
