services provider, and MCI, an Ashburn-based
telecommunications company, entered into a partnership
to produce the My IP Relay Number service. The service
provides deaf and hearing-impaired customers a unique
phone by which they can receive relay calls on a stationary
or mobile computing that features the AOL Instant Messenger
