Habla Espanol?
The ability to speak more than one language is becoming
more critical to succeed in business in Europe, Asia/Pacific
and Latin America. According to a recent survey of executive
recruiters by Korn/Ferry International, in 10 years
it will be more important for executives to be at least
bilingual. While English remains the dominant language
of international business, the continued globalization
of commerce will give multilingual executives a competitive
advantage. The positions in which multilingual execs
are most needed include marketing and sales, president
or general manager and CEO.
