Handleman Entertainment Resources LLC, a distributor
of music in the United States and selected overseas
markets, signed a lease for 83,217 square feet of industrial
space to open a distribution center at the Enterchange

PBC-Dumbarton LLC, bought the Dumbarton
Oaks Office Building on Staples Mill Road in
Henrico County. The 30,000-square-foot facility was
acquired for $2.5 million. (Press release)
Snug Harbor Development LLC of Virginia Beach
announced plans for a $35 million mixed use facility
on West Washington Street in Suffolk. The project will
include condominium, office and retail space. (The

Virginia will pay $5.6 million to an investment
group to buy back office leases in the Old City
Hall in downtown Richmond. Existing leases will
be honored but once they expire, the state will move
government agencies into the 81,000 square feet of

The College of William & Mary paid $8.7
million for Sentara Healthcare’s Williamsburg
hospital. Sentara will open a new facility in 2006.
The 22-acre property adjacent to the campus includes
a 217,000-square-foot building. The property was valued
in excess of $16 million but Sentara elected to sell

Wolf Contractors bought the Pavilion Shopping
Center in Hampton, a 16,000-square-foot facility, for
