McGuireWoods
and Hunton & Williams, Richmond-based
law firms, tied for recognition as the top corporate
law firms in Richmond in a survey by Corporate
Board Member magazine. The fourth annual survey
polled 2,000 directors of public corporations
for the top law firms in 50 metropolitan areas

Franklin Street Marketing,
an advertising and public relations firm headquartered
in Richmond, received two Mark of Excellence
Awards from The Florida Society for Healthcare
Public Relations and Marketing. The honors came
in the broadcast advertising category for work
done for Bon Secours-Venice Hospital’s Regional

among state governments in the 2004 Digital
State Survey by the Center for Digital Government,
based in Folsom, Calif. The state ranked in
the bottom half of the rankings before the administration
