Colonial Williamsburg led a group of landowners in selling 380 acres of land in southeastern Williamsburg to Riverside Health System, a Newport News owner of various health facilities and retirement communities. Colonial Williamsburg owned the bulk of the land, which acted as a long-time buffer for the nearby resort and historic area. Riverside envisions a health care facility and mixed-use development for the site. (7/7/04, Richmond Times-Dispatch)

Dominion, a Richmond-based power provider, plans to sell its Cleveland, Ohio, business unit, Dominion Cleveland Thermal (DCT), to Ancora Management of Greenwich, Conn. DCT operates a heating and cooling system that provides steam and chilled water to more than 200 buildings. (7/1/2004, PRNewswire)
