hotel for $17.3 million. The 202-room facility

Tredegar Film Products Corp.,
a subsidiary of Richmond’s Tredegar Corp.
purchased the Shanghi Yaheng Perforated Film
Material Co. of Shanghi, China. The deal expands

products and other personal and household care

Anteon International Corp.,
a Fairfax information technology company, bought
Simulation Technologies Inc. of San Antonio,
Texas, in a $15 million cash transaction. Simulation
designs and produces training systems for military
customers, in particular for war gaming and

effects, fields that compliment Anteon’s simulation
business for the homeland security and national

Witt Mare Eggleston Smith,
a Newport News accounting firm, merged with
Pannell Forster Mid-Atlantic of Fairfax.
The merger provides Witt Mare with an office
in Fairfax, increases its work force to more
