Vienna commercial real estate firm, purchased
a 106,500-square-foot office building at 8618
Westwood Center Drive in Vienna from American
Realty Advisors of Los Angeles. The acquisition
boosts the company’s Northern Virginia portfolio

Damuth Trane Co., a Chesapeake-based
provider of heating and air conditioning equipment,
leased 6,000 square feet of office space in
Oyster Point West. It will be the second facility
for the company that has operated in Hampton
